It seems that the world of Puyoverse is back, and this time it's more mixed-up than ever. Marle, a young girl with a knack for combining worlds, has brought together the Tetris and Puyo Puyo universes in a way that even the masters couldn't predict. As a result, they've crash-landed into the Puyoverse once again, leaving us to wonder what's next.
Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 is the latest game in this bizarre series, and it promises more of the same addictive puzzle-solving fun as its predecessor. With a cast of 28 characters at your disposal, you'll need to use all your wits to unravel the tangled threads of the mixed-up universe and restore order to Puyoverse. The goal is simple: clear as many matches as possible while sinking opponents under a sea of Nuisance Puyo or extra blocks.
Gameplay has been tweaked for the five modes, with the addition of the Skill Battle mode. Here, you'll control a team of three characters, each with their own special skills that use up MP when used. Your goal is to whittle down your opponent's HP to zero. But don't worry – there's plenty of other gameplay options for solo players as well.
Challenge friends or family in local multiplayer battles for Puyo and Tetris supremacy, or dive into the game's numerous single-player modes. With Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 , you'll have a blast solving puzzles and unraveling the mysteries of Puyoverse.
