The city of New Sieg, on the eastern seaboard of the US, is a hub of activity in the present day. Linbo Fitzgerald works as a lawyer, advocating for even the toughest of cases. However, his life takes an unexpected turn when a convict visits him in court, sharing a shocking secret about their impending fate. The convict claims to be under the control of a mysterious girl who can manipulate time, and this girl reveals that she has been using her powers to alter the course of events.
