Tweety's High-Flying Adventure
product_name is a platformer based on the direct-to-video animated movie of the same name. Granny sends off Tweety on a world trip to gather paw imprints of 80 cats in order to win a bet. There are overall 40 levels with ten scenarios, i.e. two cats per level. The levels themselves are relatively open and have to be explored in order to find the cats, especially by using Tweety's flutter ability.
The player has to tap a button rapidly in order to keep him in the air longer. On the other hand, he has no standard attack and has to use items found in the levels, e.g. banana peels or acorns. The cats have to be overwhelmed with those items to get access to their paws. Of course there are also other enemies which take away a part of Tweety's life energy when touched. There is also a two-player mode in which the participants try to get as many paw imprints as possible in a limited amount of time.

Extracted from the original game manual
This is a platformer adventure game where players control Tweety Bird on a global journey to collect paw prints. The goal is to save a park from closing by proving Tweety's intelligence over cats.
Story
Story
The weather is very nice again today. But the children in London are feeling gloomy because their favorite park is going to be closed.
When Granny finds out about this, she goes to Colonel Rimfire to find out how she can save the park. Rimfire says, "If you can prove that your bird is smarter than the cats, then I will help you."
Can your canary travel around the world in 80 days and collect 80 paw prints? So, Granny's little bird, Tweety, is going on a journey around the world. Do you think Tweety can keep the park from closing?

Stages
Tweety has left London. Let's begin the journey around the world in 80 days.
Paris
Tweety is now in Paris, the city of flowers. But the flowers here seem pretty powerful.
Venice
Capital of canals, Venice, Italy. Be careful not to fall into the canals.
Yokohama
The stage is on the ship docked at the port. You can move through the pipes in this stage.
Las Vegas
The city famous for its bright lights. Do you think Tweety will get distracted?
How to Play
Rules
While traveling around the world, collect 80 paw prints from cats.
Receive a stamp at customs station in each country.
Tweety will visit many countries. Each country will be the stage to collect your paw prints.
Training Mode
You can practice basic moves in the training mode. Select "Training Mode" on the Title screen. You will see 8 training mini-levels to practice your skills.
About Items
Collect the items scattered around the stage and use them to clobber the cats.
About Paw Prints
After you clobber a cat, its paw prints will circle around its head. This is when you collect your paw print.
You can only collect the paw print when the cat is passed out. The paw print will disappear if you act too slowly!
About Stamps
There is a customs station in the final round of each stage. You can enter customs only after you have collected all the paw prints in the stage.

START: Pause. While pausing, you can view the whole Map screen using the Cross Pad.
Starting the Game
Insert the Game Pak, then turn the power ON. The Start screen will appear. Choose from 1 Player, Continue, 2 Player, Training, or Options. (See page 16 for more information)
Saving the Game
On the Map screen, turn the globe by touching it... then the game is saved.
Cats
Tweety must collect paw prints from every cat in each stage.
Item Box
Items are hidden in item boxes such as this mailbox. Press UP on the Control Pad in front of the box and get the item inside.
Item Select Screen
While playing, push the SELECT, and the Item selection screen will appear if "Normal" is chosen under "Item Selection" in the Option menu. Choose the item by moving the cursor, and select by pushing the A Button.
The selected item can be used by pushing the B Button.

Modes of Play
2 Player Mode
Using a Game Link Cable, connect two Game Boy Colors to play against each other. Choose your favorite character, and battle it out to collect more paw prints than your opponent within the time limit.
Training Mode
If this is your first time, practice your moves in this training mode.
Option Mode
2 Player Mode Results
Displays the result of 2 Player mode games.
Item Select
In "Normal" mode, items can only be selected after displaying item on the select screen. In "Quick" mode, you can scroll through the items each time SELECT is pushed.
Sound Test
Plays the music used in this game.
Return to Title
Returns to title screen.

Tweety
The most famous bird in all the world. He is full of life and energy, always willing to outsmart the mean 'ole putty tats.
Cats
The animal that chases little birds wherever they are. Unique cats wait for Tweety's arrival in these countries, and the boss of all the cats must be Sylvester.
Bees
Watch out for these bees when jumping around the beehives. If you hit the beehives, busy bees will greet you, and running from them is not so easy.
Flowers
They may look cute but some flowers have a mean bite!
Caterpillar
They move slowly on the branches waiting to get Tweety!
Fish
They jump out of water. They may look sweet but they do pack a punch.
Items & Weapons
Banana
Once a cat steps on it, the cat will slip and fall.
Oil
Don't step on it yourself. You'll go boom!
Mallet
Get close to the cat and swing it to do the most damage.
Newspaper
When a cat is hit with it, he will have sweet dreams.
Noisemaker
Pieces of paper pop out with a small exploding sound.
Plunger Gun
Shoots out rubber plungers. Cats hate 'em.
Spatula
Throw them and they will be a cat's worst nightmare.
Ball
Just aim and throw!
Nuts
Throw them at cats and they will go nuts.
Globe
Will save the game up to that point.
Bird Cage
Keeps Tweety damage-free for a short period of time.
Clock
Freezes enemies for a short period of time.
Balloons
Use to float up until it touches something.
Heart
Recovers one heart.
