Harvest Moon: Another Wonderful Life
The game follows a similar storyline as its predecessor, where the player inherits a run-down farm and must make it profitable, start a family, and develop relationships with their neighbors. The main difference lies in the fact that the player character is now female, allowing them to choose a husband and have a child. Additionally, the player can change outfits, and there's a mirror in the house that informs them if they need to eat or sleep.
Gameplay-wise, Another Wonderful Life builds upon the farming simulation genre, with the added depth of character relationships and family life. The game is divided into six chapters, but will conclude after the first chapter if the player doesn't get married. It's worth noting that a Game Boy Advance game, Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town, can be connected to Another Wonderful Life to unlock extra bonuses.
