The NBA Live 2005 basketball game series boasts a new graphics engine, introducing new moves and signature skills to personalize players. The addition of Freestyle Air allows for greater control in the air, along with 10 customizable freestyle configurations. Building your team across multiple seasons is possible, accompanied by additional management through Dynasty Mode.
Dynasty Mode introduces rookie scouting and a calendar to track important dates, all based on a points system that can be spent on training sessions, new equipment, or sending out scouts worldwide. The game offers various multiplayer options, including events like the NBA All-Star Weekend with Slam Dunk contest, Rookie/Sophomore game, and 3-Point shootout.
