As a followup to the NES game Booby Kids , the player goes through six different eras fighting or dodging enemies, collecting treasure, and navigating maze-like stages. Each stage requires collecting all treasure to obtain the exit door key. In the last stage of each era, the player fights a boss enemy and rescues one of the trapped booby girls.
The gameplay involves navigating the levels, avoiding obstacles, and solving puzzles to progress. The player must use their wits to overcome challenges and reach the treasure at the end of each stage.
