The World of King of the Monsters
For years, humanity has disregarded the delicate balance of nature, destroying rainforests and polluting rivers and oceans. Factories continue to fill the skies with toxic fumes.
By 1996, this "progress" has all but ruined the Earth. The ozone layer is gone, allowing ultraviolet rays and unknown cosmic forces to combine with pollutants.
The Earth has irreversibly changed. Horrific mutations and unnatural alterations have created giant living creatures, rising from the scum of the Earth with immense rage.
These giant monsters are gathering in Japan, stomping on cities and confronting each other. They attack with destructive power, crushing everything in their path. Humanity can only run, watching to see who will become the KING OF THE MONSTERS.
