Chelnov

When a nuclear power station explosion sets off a chain reaction of events, coal miner Chelnov finds himself imbued with extraordinary abilities. Forced to flee his homeland in search of justice, he embarks on a perilous journey across the globe.

The Sega Mega Drive version of this action-packed platformer introduces an innovative scrolling mechanic that keeps players on their toes. As enemies attack from all directions and Chelnov's speed is constantly dictated by the screen movement, he must rely on quick reflexes to navigate treacherous terrain and overcome obstacles.

One notable difference between this version and its later iterations is the revamped level design and enemy placement. The graphics have also undergone significant changes, transporting players to ancient civilizations with unique environments and formidable foes. Gone are the nuclear power station references, replaced by a narrative centered around Chelnov's quest to rescue his sister and outsmart the Deathtarians – an ancient cult claiming dominion over Earth.
