Shining Force II

The game's narrative is driven by various quests, including rescuing a princess from demonic forces and rebuilding the hero's home town. Along the way, the hero will meet new allies who can aid them on their quest. Completing side quests can unlock additional characters to join the party, while random battles provide opportunities for experience points and level gains outside of set scenarios.

Players can choose from multiple difficulty levels when starting a new game, and a configuration code allows access to cheats, including control over enemy units.
