PGA European Tour is a sports game for the GameBoy console, released in 1995. In this game, players compete on famous golf courses such as the Forest of Arden, Wentworth, Crans Sur Sierre, and Valderrama.
The gameplay involves choosing to practice a round, play in a tournament, or compete in a skins challenge. Before heading out to the course, players can select their set of clubs and tee level - they can choose from standard, match, skill, or power sets, as well as amateur or professional levels.
On each hole, players are presented with an overhead view of the course and a draw/fade meter. This allows them to select how the ball will be hit. Following this selection, a view of the golfer is shown, with a power meter that ranges from 0 to 100%. The amount of power used and the club selected will affect the distance of the golf swing.
