The gameplay involves player-controlled wrestlers trying to pin their opponents by reducing their power meter until they can fight no more. There are many moves available, including turnbuckle maneuvers and illegal acts like hitting the opponent with a metal folding chair.

Gameplay also supports up to four players simultaneously and features several game modes: One-on-One, Tag Team, Bedlam, Survivor Series, Royal Rumble, Raw Endurance Match, and Rematch.
