The player participates in the World Beach Volley tournament for the 1991/1992 cup. The game can be played in Tournament Mode with two out of four seasonal volleyball participants against eight teams worldwide, or Play Mode, representing one of six countries and picking the participants to pair together in the game. Rules can be changed to set one or three matches in the game and have players obtain 10 to 20 points to win a match.
The gameplay focuses on serving, spiking, blocking, and digging. Players must work together as a team, using their unique skills to outmaneuver opponents. The controls are simple, with each action requiring only one button press. As the game progresses, the difficulty level increases, and players must adapt to new strategies and opponents.
