Game Guide
Extracted from the original game manual
This is a skateboarding arcade game where players control Finger Guy, a skilled finger, as he navigates skate parks. The objective is to collect all scattered Tech Deck boards in the correct order and within a time limit to earn special boards.
Story
Who is Finger Guy?
Some people might wonder, "Who is this Finger Guy?" To those who haven't been run over by him, he might seem like any other digit. Those who know him a little better often call him a "bad finger."
No other appendage can match his mad skills, whether it's snowboarding, moto-cross, wakeboarding, or surfing. But out of all sports, skateboarding is his all-time favorite.
Finger Guy lives to pull off the gnarliest air on the ramps, grind every imaginable surface, and shred through skateparks. But "FG" has a much stronger obsession: collecting Tech Deck™ boards.
When he's not skateboarding, he's trying to add the latest board or old-school deck to his collection. He can't help himself. Whenever he sees a deck, he's got to nab it.
The Game
Finger Guy has been given a challenge. Scattered throughout several skate parks are various Tech Decks—both old and new.
If he can collect all of the boards in a park—in the correct order and within a given amount of time—he'll be awarded with a special Tech Deck to add to his collection.
He's got his work cut out for him. There are 10 different skate parks in the game and 50 unique boards to collect. Can you help Finger Guy grab all the Tech Decks?

Easy Mode

Medium Mode
In Medium mode, you have a normal amount of time and can collect a maximum of 4 boards per skatepark. This mode is for the average skate punk.
X-Treme Mode
In X-Treme mode, you have next to no time, but can collect all 5 boards per skatepark. This mode is for the hardcore Tech Deck collectors ONLY!

HUD (Heads Up Display)
•
Time—This counts down how much time the player has to reach the next Tech Deck pickup in the round. If the timer hits zero, the round is over.
•
Directional Arrow—This indicates the direction of the next Tech Deck pickup the player must collect. It is red when the player is far away from the next pickup. When it turns green, the player is VERY CLOSE!
•
Trick—This indicates the name of the trick that Finger Guy just completed.
Pickups
Tech Deck
The Tech Deck pickups are shaped like skateboards. The player must grab all the pickups on a level, in the correct sequence, in order to add a new Tech Deck board to their collection.
Time Bonus
When skating around the level, the player can obtain extra time on the clock by performing a series of tricks. If the player pulls off a series of 3 tricks, they will gain an extra 5 seconds on the clock in Easy and Medium mode, 10 seconds in X-Treme mode.
To earn more time, the player needs to perform a different series of 3 tricks. 5 seconds are also awarded for each pickup collected. Keep in mind that there is a limit to the number of time bonuses that can be earned, and the clock cannot exceed 60 seconds.
Note: It is easiest to get the time bonus by pulling off a series of tricks on a ramp.
