The story of Harvest Moon Back to Nature is one of rebuilding and restoring a farm to its former glory. You play as Alex, a young man who inherits a farm that has fallen into disrepair. With the help of the local villagers, you must work hard to restore the farm's fields, animals, and buildings to their original state.
The gameplay in Harvest Moon Back to Nature is all about building and managing your farm. You'll plant crops, raise livestock, and interact with the villagers to build relationships and unlock new items and services for your farm. As you progress through the game, you'll also have the opportunity to romance and marry one of the eligible bachelors or bachelorettes.
