Super Dragon Ball Z , a fighting game featuring 18 fighters from the Dragon Ball franchise, includes 13 characters available from the start. The gameplay is most similar to popular fighting games like Street Fighter, SNK, and Mortal Kombat series, based on dial-input special moves.
The game modes include "Original" mode, a classic arcade mode, "Z Survivor", where players face opponents until their character's health is depleted, a "Training" mode to hone skills, and "Versus" mode for fighting against another player. Custom characters can be created, growing stronger and learning new skills with experience. They can collect the seven Dragon Balls, entering "Shenron Summon" mode to summon the legendary dragon and make wishes.
