Captain Tsubasa , released on 1988-04-28 for the Famicom console, is an Action & Adventure game that follows the story of Tsubasa Ōzora as he moves to Brazil with his coach Roberto Hongo. As he joins São Paulo FC, Tsubasa aims to help the team win the Brazilian National Tournament by winning each match in the story mode. However, if he loses, he must face a rematch with the previous team.
Captain Tsubasa II: Super Striker is a football simulation game that lets players control Tsubasa and his teammates on the field. With various moves available, such as dribbling, shooting, blocking, or staying still, players can strategically choose how to progress through the game.
