The PS4 and PC versions of Akiba's Trip: Undead & Undressed were released after the PS3 and PS Vita version, containing the full game with all DLC right away. Next to various performance and visual upgrades, it now runs in 1080p instead of 720p in the initial version. There are new street conversations and clothing items exclusive to the PS4 version.

The game features Twitch streaming integration, allowing players to influence gameplay through commands such as customizing dialogue, turning locals violent, summoning the protagonist's little sister for help, boosting the character's battle gauge, or calling the cops on him. A visual editor also allows players to manipulate visuals with various effects using colors, fog, and motion blur. The Toybox mode offers unlocked clothing and weapon items from the start, but does not include New Game+ content or trophies. The PC version lacks streaming features and the Toybox mode.
