Nail'd is a racing game where you play as the driver participating in an off-road racing tournament. The only vehicles allowed are ATV (All Terrain Vehicle aka quad bike) and MTX (motocross bike).
The events take place on breakneck tracks set in locations like Greece or Yosemite National Park, featuring extreme turns, trampoline jumps, and various ways to ride through the course.
To navigate such hazardous environments, you need to upgrade your vehicle by installing better spare parts, which can be unlocked after winning certain leagues. Each league consists of numerous events, either basic races or stunts challenges, where the winner is decided by the amount of points received for performing tricks.
Besides the default tournament, you can create a custom one and participate in quick and multiplayer races, with up to 12 contestants, or time trial with ghost mode, where results are tracked on online leaderboards.
