Gameplay for X-Men Origins: Wolverine (Uncaged Edition) on Xbox 360 is fast-paced and action-packed, requiring players to slash through hordes of enemies using Logan's steel blades. The game features a variety of combos and finishers that can be used to take down foes, often incorporating the environment into the kill. Players also have access to four Fury Attacks, which are powerful but require rage to execute.
The gameplay is further enhanced by Quick Time Events, which bring scripted cinematic sequences to life. As players kill enemies, they gain experience points and dog tags, which can be used to level up Logan and unlock new combos and upgrades. Collecting all of Wolverine's old suits from the comics also unlocks bonus challenges and allows players to use these suits in the normal game.
