Epidemic is set in a post-apocalyptic world where humanity is being wiped out by a deadly virus. The last survivors take refuge in an underground city led by a man named Byflos, but things take a turn when people start dying again, and suspicion falls on Byflos as the main suspect. The player takes control of their mech to navigate through the city, destroying enemy mechs and forcing a final confrontation with Byflos.

Epidemic is an action-adventure game where players explore the corridors of the underground city, shooting enemies and collecting items while solving mini-puzzles to progress. The game features an auto-lock system and mapping tools, as well as full-motion video sequences that tell the story. With its unique blend of mech combat and exploration, Epidemic offers a thrilling experience for players.
