MDK is a 3D shoot 'em up where you play as Kurt, on a mission to save the world from alien invasion. Eight giant fortresses have been sent to destroy Earth, and it's up to you to stop them. You'll run and jump through six missions of strange 3D worlds, fighting off the "Stream Riders" with your machine gun arm.
The game requires precise platform jumps as part of the challenge. Kurt is equipped with a special battle suit that includes a parachute and a sniper interface embedded in his helmet, allowing for precise shooting while standing still. As you progress through the game, further weaponry enhancements are available to aid you in your mission.
