At the heart of this shoot-'em-up are Mad Dog McCree and his gang who have kidnapped the Mayor and his daughter, requiring you to rescue them. You must blast through bars and bank robberies to take down the gang and save everything you regard as good and true. What sets this game apart from other Operation Wolf -influenced shoot-'em-ups is its use of live video, with real people appearing on the screen before being shot down.

The gameplay involves navigating through levels with the goal of blasting your way through bars, bank robberies and gang members to rescue those held captive. The game features unlimited continues, allowing you to keep playing until you reach the end. This enables the actors in the full-motion footage to have their screen deaths seen by as many people as they would have in a film.
