This version of World Series Baseball '95 features all 28 authentic MLB teams, including their nicknames and logos, and actual players from the 1993 season. The game does not include the ability to play as Hall of Famers like the Genesis version.
The gameplay is focused on baseball, with players able to choose between an Exhibition match or a full 162-game season. There are also options for shorter seasons, including 32, 84, and 123 games. Another feature of the game is the ability to battle head-to-head with friends using the Gear-to-Gear link.
