The gameplay involves close combat, where pressing the A or C button rapidly results in a throwing or choking attack. However, there's no visible health bar to worry about; instead, three icons are displayed at the bottom of the screen. Defeat your opponent long enough, and one of these icons will turn red. If all three turn red, you lose the fight. The battle arena is surrounded by an electric fence that can be used to initiate jump attacks or throw opponents into.
