NCAA Final Four Basketball

NCAA Final Four Basketball is a basketball-sim with a full NCAA license featuring 64 top Division 1-A teams, including North Carolina, Florida State, Boston College, and Maryland.

Gameplay consists of three modes: Practice, Exhibition, and Tournament. In the Practice mode, players can learn the basics of the game and hone their skills through free throw shooting. The Exhibition and Tournament modes allow for custom games with varying lengths, as well as the option to save progress with a battery backup.
