The Demon King , First Samurai's arch-nemesis, has descended from his mountain domain to you. You are defenceless against the Demon's magic, and your master falls in combat, dying. But with his last breath, he summons a Wizard Mage to aid you. The Demon King escapes to the future, leaving you with a burning desire for revenge.

The First Samurai is a platform action game that combines elements of classic platformers with a medieval oriental twist and unique features.

You embark on your journey in the new unknown land with nothing but your fists and kicks to defend yourself. However, as you progress, you'll uncover a magical sword and throwing weapons like knives and axes to aid you in battle. Your martial art skills will prove deadly against your enemies, and they had better beware of your swift moves.

The First Samurai offers an extensive range of weapons, special items, and objects to aid you in combat. Melee attacks are the norm, relying on your punches or kicks or using the magical sword to unleash skillful blows in any direction.

Monsters will continuously regenerate, but health replenishment is plentiful. In fact, it's quite challenging to be killed, making each encounter a test of your skills and strategy.
