After defeating the WWW in Mega Man Battle Network 3 , Lan and Mega Man are about to face another challenge. A mysterious asteroid is heading towards Earth, and a strange Navi called ShadeMan is terrorizing the Internet, sucking the life out of other Navis.
The game follows two characters: Lan, a young boy who can interact with the real world, and his Net Navi, Mega Man. When Lan "jacks in" to the Internet, Mega Man takes over and battles viruses in a mix of turn-based and real-time combat. A new feature, "Soul Unison," allows players to merge with certain Navis to become more powerful, but this ability has limitations.
Mega Man Battle Network 4 Red Sun is an RPG-like game that continues the Battle Network series. Players can trade different Battle Chips and engage in Net Battles with a friend, adding to the game's replay value. With its unique gameplay mechanics and features like Soul Unison, Mega Man Battle Network 4 Red Sun offers a fresh take on the action-packed world of Navis.
