FIFA Soccer 09 brings more realism to its soccer simulation, with a new physics model that enhances collisions and goalkeeper AI and animations. This update builds upon the improvements seen in previous years' games, further refining the overall gaming experience.
The game features thirty leagues and over half-thousand teams, offering a diverse range of modes for players. The Be a Pro mode has been enhanced to allow up to 20 players on 20 different consoles to connect online, while a new premium mode, Adidas Live Season, tracks real-world league results to update player statistics.
One of the standout features of FIFA Soccer 09 is its online mode, FIFA 09 Clubs*, exclusive to Xbox 360 and PS3 users. This allows gamers to form or join teams of up to 50 friends and compete against each other in Be A Pro. The team's performance will determine their ranking, with promotion and relegation between divisions based on results.
