WWE Day of Reckoning

The game offers new character models and graphics for the WWE superstars, including custom face-shaping. Traditional wrestling moves as well as trademark moves and finishers of WWE superstars are simulated. Over 40 WWE superstars are selectable. Among the new features are the ability to reverse any moves and a momentum meter. The momentum meter can let the wrestler gain a last second comeback. It will also let smaller characters build up their momentum to execute lift moves on bigger characters.

The game features a story mode where the player starts off taking a character through minor shows like Heat and Velocity. The goal is to make it to the big shows, such as RAW and Smackdown, and become a champion. Another new mode is the Bra and Panties match.

Create-a-Wrestler mode comes with a variety of customization available to the player. The player can now create entrances with fireworks and pyrotechnics. WWF legends such as Andre the Giant and Bret Hart are also playable in the game.
