Astro Chase is a thrilling arcade game where you take on the role of pilot of a spaceship tasked with saving the planet Earth from destruction. Eight mega mines, slowly homing in on their target, must be destroyed before they reach Earth's surface. However, this won't be an easy task, as a variety of flying saucers are constantly chasing your ship around the planet.
Armed with lasers that can be used to destroy enemy saucers and mega mines, you also have the option to visit shield depots scattered throughout the space. Entering one of these depots will grant you temporary invincibility. Your spaceship also has a limited energy supply, which can be replenished at generators located in each corner of the play area.
