Mario Bros. , released in 1983 for the Atari 2600, pits Mario Bros. against a host of characters who have taken over the sewers. The brothers must clear them out of the pipes to restore order.
The game features platform puzzle action with two differing game types: single-player and multiplayer. In both modes, the objective is the same - clear the level by jumping underneath the platforms where crabs, turtles, and fighter flies are sitting, then kicking them away. Each level is cleared when a set number of coins are collected.
The multiplayer mode adds an extra layer of challenge, as players compete to collect the most coins first. This competitive element makes for a fun and engaging gameplay experience.
