Monster Truck Wars , a top-down racing game for the Sega Game Gear, puts players behind the wheel of massive monster trucks. The player can select from six distinct vehicles, each with its own strengths and weaknesses, to compete on winding tracks. To succeed, it's essential to qualify for races.

The better a player performs in races, they'll earn more money to purchase upgrades and repair their truck. Cars littered throughout the courses can be crushed to obtain power-ups, while the game features three increasingly challenging difficulty levels.


