Title Match Pro Wrestling is a wrestling game which can be played by one or two players. There are four different wrestlers you can choose from, and two modes of gameplay (one on one, or tag team). Each wrestler has various moves such as kicking, punching, and performing special moves like the airplane spin, body slam, power lift, and more. Using these moves, you need to deplete your opponent's energy and pin them for three counts, but be careful because some powerful moves also drain your own energy. If your opponent's energy is low enough and you successfully pin them, that will count as a fall, and the best out of three falls will win the match.

The gameplay in Title Match Pro Wrestling involves using the available moves to wear down your opponents, while also managing your own energy levels. You can choose from different wrestling styles and strategies to outmaneuver your opponent, making for a challenging and engaging experience.
