Gorf is a game that consists of five levels: Astro Battles , Laser Attack , Galaxians , Space Warp , and Flag Ship . The first level, Astro Battles , has the player's ship behind a defensive shield, defending against an alien attack. In this level, the player's ship and shield are on one side of the screen, while the aliens are on the other side.
The gameplay in Gorf is fast-paced and action-packed. The player must navigate through each level, avoiding enemy fire and destroying enemy ships. Each level presents a new challenge, from the swooping laser attacks of Laser Attack to the intense asteroid field of Space Warp .
The game's levels are designed to get progressively harder as you progress. Finishing the game increases your rank and starts the game over again at level 1, but with a faster speed. This means that you'll have to be even more precise and quick in your gameplay to succeed.
