The Game Boy Advance version of Starsky & Hutch is different from other console versions, but still a racing game in full 3D. The 3D polygonal graphics are very different and the violence has been toned down due to Nintendo's policies. Some of the voice-overs are intact, and others are absent, due to the GBA's limitations. The episodes are presented as levels, and split into groups.
The gameplay is focused on racing through various locations based on the popular TV show. Players control either Starsky or Hutch, navigating through obstacle-filled courses while avoiding enemies. The game features a variety of power-ups and abilities that can be used to gain an advantage over opponents. With its simple yet addictive gameplay, Starsky & Hutch is a fun and entertaining experience for fans of the show.
