The sequel to This is Football 2 attempts to be a realistic football simulation. Fully licenced by FIFPro, it uses every player's real name. Dozens of the most famous football stadiums from around the world are represented, while nearly every major football league, cup or competition is included.
The gameplay is more realistic than its predecessor, with improved AI and a wider range of tactics to master. Players can choose their team's formation, playing style, and substitutions, making for a more immersive experience. The game also features a career mode, allowing players to take control of a team over several seasons.
