The Ghostbusters are back in Ghostbusters II , the latest game based on the hit movie. The team has been tasked with uncovering a mysterious force causing chaos in New York City. From haunted courthouses to abandoned subway lines, the Ghostbusters must navigate through treacherous terrain to get to the bottom of things.
The gameplay is fast-paced and action-packed, with driving sequences and side-scrolling battles against ghostly enemies. Players control a single Ghostbuster, using their trusty slime gun and jumping abilities to overcome obstacles. In addition to these abilities, players must also find speed arrows to jump over chasms and defeat enemies.
As the game progresses, players will take control of the Statue of Liberty, using its torch and tablet to destroy enemies and navigate through the city streets. With 20 "Ghostbusters 2" symbols scattered throughout the levels, players can earn extra lives to help them on their quest.
