Super Monaco GP II is a racing game that features Ayrton Senna, a legendary Formula One driver who won the Monaco Grand Prix six times and three world championships. The game follows his story as he competes in various racing circuits.
The gameplay of Super Monaco GP II consists of three main modes: Senna GP , World Championship , and Free Practice . In Senna GP , players compete in preliminary races followed by three laps on non-championship circuits. The World Championship mode features a full 16-race season, with two difficulty modes: Beginner and Master. In M master , players start on the lower-ranked SERGA team and must challenge other drivers to climb the ranks and claim the fastest car.
In each mode, players can choose from various options, including automatic or manual transmission with different gearbox speeds, racing against 16 opponents, and participating in free practice sessions. The core of each race remains the same: navigating through the track while avoiding obstacles and maintaining control of the vehicle.
