Get ready to hit the open road in a high-octane world of racing and mayhem with Burnout Paradise . Set in a fictional city called Paradise, the game takes place on January 25th, 2008. You play as Jack Phoenix, an undercover cop who's tasked with taking down a notorious crime lord. However, your mission quickly turns into a wild goose chase through the streets of Paradise, where you'll encounter all manner of high-speed hijinks and death-defying stunts.

But Burnout Paradise is more than just a thrilling story – it's also a driving force (no pun intended). The game's focus on speed and adrenaline means that every drive is an exhilarating experience, with the freedom to explore the city and take on various challenges. You'll be able to upgrade your car, unlock new routes, and even create your own custom racing lines.
