Battle Arena Toshinden 3

The story takes place after the defeat of the Secret Society in Battle Arena Toshinden 2. A new group of villains emerges, known as the Organization, who wish to use the Toshinden fighters as blood sacrifices for a ritual to summon their dark god. The number of fighters has been raised from 15 to 32, including 14 starting fighters, 14 Organization counterparts, and 4 bosses.

The gameplay involves fighting against opponents in various arenas, where the redesigned arenas allow for more exciting moves such as sending the opponent flying into a wall or the ceiling. The combo system has also been redesigned, allowing players to combine multiple combos and special moves to juggle the opponent for multiple hits. However, the opponent can still recover and counter.

The Western versions also feature new English voices for several characters and additional gameplay modes, including a comprehensive practice mode and a Survival mode.
