Ma Jackson announces her retirement from Big Mutha Truckers, leaving her four sons to compete for control of the company. The new owner will be determined by the son who earns the most money through trucking in Hick State County over a 60-day period.

Big Mutha Truckers is a racing game where players can choose from four characters: Bobbie-Sue, Cletus, Earl, or Rawkus. The gameplay revolves around transporting goods between five cities, with each city offering local stores for buying and selling items. The stores display the prices of items relative to competition. Players can gather tips at the local bar, including advice on which items to buy and sell, as well as special missions like destroying cars. Trucks can be refueled, repaired, and upgraded at the garage.
