Goal , released in 1992, is a football game with two main game modes: Tournament and Exhibition . These modes can support two players playing against each other, making for some intense one-on-one action. Players have the option to choose from 20 international teams, including Germany, Brazil, Argentina, and the U.S.A., as well as customise their own team with real-life player models.

Goal features a range of realistic rules and regulations, as well as various soccer moves like bicycle kicks and slide tackles. Players can also set up their own games to suit their preferences, including rule setups, stadiums, team formations, and even the design of the soccer ball. The game includes a password feature, allowing players to save their progress and pick up where they left off at a later time.
