X-men Mutant Academy

The character roster includes four X-Men (Cyclops, Wolverine, Storm, and Gambit) and five evil Mutants (Magneto, Toad, Mystique, Sabretooth, and Pyro), as well as two secret characters that can be unlocked by completing the story mode. The game also features training mode, battle mode with teams of three characters each, survival mode where one character takes on all others with only a single bar of health, and versus mode using the Game Link cable.

The gameplay involves kicking and punching (or basic mutant abilities like Cyclops' eye beam) using the Game Boy's two buttons. A rage bar will slowly fill during a fight, allowing for powerful special attacks activated through button combos.
