Putty Squad , the sequel to Putty , sees the Wizard's people invade Putty land and take many POWs. You must journey to the Wizard city of Klud to free them all. The gameplay has less puzzle-solving than before, focusing on standard platforming.
You play as the same amorphous blob from Putty , able to stretch left and right for a weapon, upwards for jumping, and can explode and absorb objects to gain an advantage.
Throughout the levels, stars are scattered around. Collecting these upgrades increases Putty's abilities, starting with a super punch for 10 stars, then progressing to more powerful moves like the Terminator ability at 40 stars.
The pups from Putty 's previous game now attack you, using various abilities such as shooting mortar bombs, parachuting down, and even flying helicopters.
