Loading Instructions
Make sure the power switch is OFF.
Insert the ATV QUAD POWER RACING™ Game Pak as described in your Nintendo® Game Boy® Advance instruction booklet. Turn the power switch ON.
Note: The ATV QUAD POWER RACING Game Pak is for Game Boy® Advance only. At the title screen, press START to advance to the Main Menu.
Introduction
Welcome to ATV QUAD POWER RACING! This is your chance to rev up and rock on in a fierce frenzy of four wheeling action. There are two great modes that can be played in three different styles. Warm up in Arcade mode and get your skills ready for a tough career.
In Challenge mode, you start off with a Stock quad and progress by pulling off stunts while you race for a top finish. As you move on, you'll unlock quads, tracks and more.
Whether you love pure speed, outrageous stunts or both combined, you've got hot ATV racing just the way you want it-right here! So start up your quad and show the world what riding on the edge is all about! Menu Controls

Getting Started
At the title screen, press START to advance to the Main Menu.
Main Menu
The Main Menu is your starting place, and features these choices:

ARCADE: For a fast fix of ATV action, jump into arcade mode.
•
CHALLENGE: Enjoy a full season of racing excitement as you race an entire circuit at various levels, unlocking items as you progress. Options
Set the following game options:
•
Music Volume: Music Volume is either ON or OFF.
•
SFX Volume: SFX Volume is either ON or OFF.
Challenge Mode
Challenge mode is the heart of ATV Quad Power Racing, offering increasingly tough challenges as you race for glory. As you compete in the super series of challenges you'll be rewarded with more quads, tracks and challenges.
You begin Challenge play racing on "Stock" quads before moving up to "Pro" and ultimately "Open" quads. You must race on the tracks in the order presented. When you successfully complete challenges, you will be rewarded with passwords that unlock new items.
Quad Selection
In ATV Quad Power Racing, quads come in three different classes: •
STOCK: These quads are used by beginner riders and are the slowest of the three quad classes.
•
PRO: Used by the advanced rider, these are fast and sturdy quads.
•
OPEN: The fastest and most extreme quads available in the game, for expert riders only.
Quad Attributes
The quads in ATV each have different degrees of 4 main attributes. These are:
•
SPEED: This is the quad's top speed.
•
ACCEL: This dictates how fast the quad can accelerate from a stopped position.
•
SUSP: This represents how much suspension the quad has.
•
TIRES: The quality of the quad's tires reflects how well the quad holds to the track.
Track Selection
You begin with one available track and unlock others as you race successfully.
The different tracks present different challenges based on the terrain. You'll find that certain quads perform better on certain tracks. Experiment to find which type suits which track best.
