The game's story mode, BMX XXX , features a unique blend of foul language, nudity, and toilet humor, setting it apart from other tricks/stunt games. The "Hardcore Tour" mode allows players to unlock new levels, stripper videos, and even engage in more outrageous goals such as collecting yellow snow for an ice cream man or gathering empty cans for a homeless guy.
Players must also navigate the game's health bar, which tracks their injuries and can reset them to start over if they run out. Successfully completing levels earns players access to a topless mode, where the riders are all partially unclothed.
The game also features a "create-a-ride" mode, allowing players to customize their BMX bike, as well as a two-player split-screen option with its own set of games.
