Moto Racer is an arcade motorcycle racing game where players can compete in both superbike and motocross events. The game features various modes, including Practice, Time Attack, Single Races against computer-controlled opponents, and a Championship Circuit. Players can also participate in Network or Internet play with up to 8 players.
The main goal of the game is to win the championship by racing on one of four road tracks and four dirt tracks. Winning the championship unlocks additional features such as Reverse mode, where tracks are raced in the opposite direction, and Pocket Bike mode, where every racer has a miniature version of his motorcycle. Additionally, a free track add-on extends the game with an extra course for sportbikes and dirtbikes each.
