F1 2012 is a Formula 1 game based on the 2012 season. The game features all twelve teams and twenty-four drivers competing in the 2012 season, as well as the twenty circuits and Grands Prix—including the brand new Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas.

The story mode has been changed, with Career mode being enhanced and new game modes added. There is now Champions mode, which challenges players to finish ahead of a previous F1 world champion, Young Driver Test for new players, and Season Challenge mode, a shorter career where players can change car constructors by challenging rivals. The qualifying sessions are also faster in the One-shot Qualifying mode.

The gameplay in F1 2012 includes realistic racing mechanics, allowing drivers to manage their cars' speed, braking, and acceleration. Players can choose from over twenty different cars and compete on all twenty circuits from around the world. The game features a variety of game modes, including Grand Prix, Career, and Championship modes.

F1 2012 was released on 21st September 2012 for the Xbox 360 console.
