Street Fighter II Turbo is a fighting game that follows the story of twelve street fighters from around the world. Each character has their own unique martial arts style and background, such as E.Honda, a sumo wrestler from Japan, or Ken, a Tae Kwon Do master from the United States. The player's goal is to defeat other fighters in different countries, ultimately leading up to a final battle against the evil M.Bison.
The gameplay of Street Fighter II Turbo involves selecting a character and engaging in one-on-one battles with other opponents. In addition to standard punches and kicks, each character has their own special moves that can be executed to increase damage or create chain combos. The game offers improved mechanics and new features compared to its predecessor, Street Fighter II Champion Edition .
