Crossed Swords is an action-packed adventure that takes place in medieval times. As a knight, you must travel through the countryside, fighting monsters and bandits using your sword and shield. When you enter combat, the view changes to a pseudo 1st-person perspective where the body of your knight is outlined, allowing you to see your enemies more clearly.

The game is divided into seven chapters, each with its own unique challenges and rewards. In most chapters, you'll start by visiting a merchant's shop where you can buy new weapons using the money you've collected so far. However, there are also alternate paths available that take you to different parts of the game, offering extra opportunities for adventure.

This is an arcade fantasy action game where players fight as knights to defend the kingdom of Belcana from the resurrected ancient evil, Nausizz. You'll engage in sword combat against various enemies to save the land from destruction.

Story

CROSSED SWORDS STORY

The Devil Man devastated the land of Katasis, which was once the passage to the Devil World. People began to forget the Devil World and their magical power.

One hundred years later, Katasis built the great kingdom of Belcana by uniting several countries. Angster Jr. became the first King of Belcana.

A rumor spread about a huge castle raised overnight on Krugia Mountain. King Angster sent a group to investigate, but no one returned. The peaceful kingdom was then menaced by the devil.

The devil was the ancient man Nausizz, who awoke from a thousand-year sleep. Angster's knights lacked the skill to fight Nausizz and were losing the battle.
